The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.
SASSA will probably be rendering expert services for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency mentioned it's alarmed in regards to the substantial variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“That is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's read more no totally functional office committed to service the area every day.
